• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts by a single user is prohibited.
• Using different devices, IP addresses, or identities to create multiple accounts is considered a violation.
• Sharing accounts between multiple users is not permitted.

2. Reward System Violations

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute system abuse:

• Exploiting daily rewards by creating multiple accounts.
• Manipulating the referral system through self-referrals or fake accounts.
• Misusing deposit bonus mechanisms through coordinated accounts.
• Using automated scripts or bots to claim rewards.
• Creating artificial transactions to trigger bonus systems.

3. Enforcement Actions

• Immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Permanent blocking of user access across all identified accounts.
• Forfeiture of accumulated rewards, bonuses, and deposits.
• Blacklisting of associated payment methods, devices, and IP addresses.
• Rejection of future account creation attempts.

4. Detection and Investigation

• Tento employs advanced detection systems to identify linked accounts.
• We monitor patterns of activity across accounts to detect coordinated abuse.
• Device fingerprinting and IP tracking may be used to identify related accounts.
• Suspicious activity patterns will trigger automatic security reviews.

5. Account Recovery

• In cases of multiple account violations, Tento may, at its sole discretion, allow only one account to remain active.
• All wallet balances, rewards, and bonuses across all identified accounts will be forfeited without exception.
• This decision will be final and binding, with no further appeals considered.
• The selection of which account remains active will be at Tento's discretion.
• Additional verification may be required for the remaining active account.

6. Rights Reserved

Tento reserves the right to:

• Update these terms without prior notice.
• Take immediate action on suspected violations.
• Share violation data with relevant authorities if required.
• Implement additional verification measures.
• Withhold payouts pending security reviews.

1. User Wallets

Users have the following account categories:

• Play Money: Deposited funds for gameplay.
• Prize Money: Winnings from Games.
• Bonus: Non-withdrawable promotional rewards.
• Cashbacks: Discounts offered by TENTO, non-withdrawable.

2. Platform Fee

• TENTO charges a Platform Fee for hosting Games.
• Fees will be deducted from the User's wallet before entering a contest.

3. Withdrawals

• Users can withdraw winnings to a verified bank account.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applied as per Indian tax regulations.
• Withdrawal requests may require additional KYC verification.
